SUDDEN BIRTH
Named after a 1966 film made to instruct police officers in delivering a baby on duty, Sudden Birth is a short film constructed entirely out of home movies, public service announcements, and advertisements from the 20th century. It seeks to de-familiarize and anonymize images of suburban America through the distortion of these internet-sourced relics, blending the digital with the analog.
